Brighter X-rays – MetalJet key enabler in diffraction and crystallography
Date: February 17, 2021
Time: 9 am CET and 5 pm CET
X-ray diffraction (XRD) has benefited from recent advancement in single crystal and powder diffraction instrumentation that propels the science towards more complex and challenging subjects. In this presentation we will discuss how the Excillum MetalJet source can empower you as a scientist with a sustainable home lab X-ray source solution that enables previously unattainable research topics.
By joining this webinar, you will:
- Learn about the impact of the MetalJet X-ray source that solves crystallography challenges
- Explore user examples of protein and small molecule crystallography
- Learn how MetalJet can be applied in challenging XRD applications
Speaker: Julius Hållstedt, Business Development – Analytical, Excillum
Julius holds an M.Sc. in materials science from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden and has a Ph.D. in solid state electronics. Previous work includes Managing director of PANalytical Sweden (now MalvernPanalytical), and Vice director of the iPack Vinnex center at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
The webinar is 40 minutes, followed by a 5 minute Q&A.
