On-site installation

Our support team collaborate closely with each customer and together with our sales partners to ensure a smooth installation upon delivery when we provide an initial introduction for a quick start-up of the system .

Operation and maintenance training

We provide customized operation and maintenance training programs, both on-site at the customer and at Excillum where we have dedicated sources for training and remotely on-line, to ensure that customers can optimise the up-time, cost of ownership and performance of the Excillum X-ray source.


Our team of highly trained engineers are here to provide both remote and world-wide on-site support for your Excillum product. We also offer a wide range of preventive and corrective support programs tuned to each individual customer’s need to achieve highest up-time and trouble free operation between services.
