Company management
David Lindblom
David is our Chief Executive Officer and cares about customers, strategy, and growth. He has been leading international high-tech sales and operations teams for 20+ years, previously at Ericsson in Europe, Asia & Africa, and at DigitalRoute. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Lund University.
Sara Haack
Sara is our Chief Commercial Officer, owns our offerings and products, and heads product management, marketing, and sales. She brings 15+ years of experience in product management, has led global product management at FLIR Systems, was product & project manager at PIAB, and consulted with AFRY. She holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Björn Hansson
Björn is our Chief Technology Officer, ensures technology competitiveness and innovation, and drives strategic partnerships based on 20+ years of advanced X-ray & EUV source experience. He was a co-founder of Innolite, senior scientist at Cymer, Inc (ASML acquired), and team manager at Acreo (now RISE). He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Göran Rydin
Göran is our Chief Operating Officer, secures quality and revenue, and leads our engineering, manufacturing and service teams. He has 20+ years of experience from R&D, operations and quality. He previously had senior leadership roles at Devyser, Envirotainer and Getinge Maquet Critical Care. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechatronics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Cecilia Kröjs
Cecilia is our Chief People Officer, champions engagement and performance, and leads our people & culture team. She brings a combination of skills in HR and communications from fast-growing tech companies like RaySearch Laboratories. She holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources from Stockholm University.
Henrik Hesselstedt
Henrik is our Chief Financial Officer, has a focus on business and operations governance, and leads our finance & IT teams. He has served as CFO at Roplan and Inmotion Technologies. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Stockholm and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Christian W. Jansson
Christian is chairman of the board of Meds Apotek AB. He is a member of the board of Xaga Surgical AB and Blodtrycksdoktorn AB. He holds an MBA and an honorary doctorate in economics from the University of Lund.
Hans Hertz
Professor Hans Hertz is one of the co-founders of Excillum and also co-founded Jettec AB, Innolite AB, and Exciscope AB. He leads research teams at the Dept. of Applied Physics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Oscar Hemberg
Oscar is one of the co-founders of Excillum and is currently the CEO of OHB Sweden. He also serves on the boards of OSM Group and DP Patterning. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Birgitta Stymne Göransson
Birgitta is chairman of Industrifonden and Berling Media. She also serves on the boards of Pandora A/S, Bure Equity AB, Rhenman&Partners, Asker Healthcare Group and Bentley Endovascular AB. Birgitta holds an MSc in Biotechnology from KTH and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Finn Rausing
Finn is a member of the Tetra Laval Group Board as well as the boards of Alfa Laval AB and DeLaval Holding AB. He holds an LL.B. from University of Lund, Sweden and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
