X-ray imaging has become an indispensable tool for failure analysis and reliability improvement. Rapid developments in X-ray technology are now enabling faster and higher resolution capabilities. Here we present a custom setup used for proof-of-concept measurements, demonstrating extreme speed radiography down to 50 microseconds frames at sub-15 micrometer spatial resolution.
